The law firm of KLINE & KLINE,
P.C.
provides legal and consulting services to select clients and
companies. We are Special Counsel to high net-worth
individuals and General Counsel to super-regional companies.
Our litigation practice is limited to representing plaintiffs in
legal and accounting malpractice cases.
The President of the firm, Jay R. Kline, holds a bachelors degree
in business administration from the University of Texas School of
Business and a juris doctorate from the University of Texas School
of Law. Mr. Kline, a former defense counsel for JAG at Ft. Lee,
Virginia, spent 20 years in private business holding senior
management positions with super-regional corporations - CFO, General
Counsel, President, CEO, Chairman of Board - and has provided legal
counsel and financial consulting services to high net-worth
individuals and their businesses since 1983. Mr. Kline's
business experience has been invaluable in his
successful prosecution of significant malpractice claims against
major accounting firms and law firms. Mr. Kline serves as a
consulting expert in major accounting malpractice claims. Mr. Kline has been admitted
to practice at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District
of Texas, member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar
Association, Dallas Bar Association.
